Bad attitude/service

My wife and I frequently visits this particular KFC and did so again tonight returning from a movie. This was the third time that, when we entered the premises, nobody manned the till. All staff makes eye contact from the rear but does not respond to assist us. They leave you standing there for a few minutes finishing what they are busy with (talking to each other etc.) and then stroll to the till on their own time. Tonight when it happened again I have had enough and called the manager (Maureen) who said that she is not aware of us visiting and them not responding. It is however not a case of her remembering the incidents, but more a case of no service delivery and a very bad attitude. Needless to say we left without our intended purchase. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth and is very inconvenient as we have to drive quite a distance to the nearest Macdonald's from now on.
