Primi Piatti bad attitude and also hygiene

Firstly all staff had left well still sitting at table and finishing drinks then was told that they are leaving and we can use the back stairs and walk through the ally to get to car they had left with out informing us and closed up whole restaurant with out waiting for customer to finish the good that was ordered

secondly tonight we had ordered a cup of hot chocolate with the lint chocolate in there and tasted like sour milk and then when asked for a manager waited between 20-30 min then was told that she was cashing up and could not leave the cash up for a few minutes then she had a bad attitude about the whole incident the asked for a glass of red wine wine came but wine glass was very dirty then had to send it back and the waiter also had such a bad attitude towards us that we are disgusted by the serve and would rather spend money some where else
