Pathetic service all yea

This is my 4th visit to nandos gateway which every single time I entered the service was pathetic I did address the managers but no improvement, tables are always dirty and as a customer you need to request for someone to clean your table, meals are always late and incorrect, wen you wait about 30 to 45mins for a meal it then comes cold and you still need to wait for cutlery.relly poor never again.
