Green meat

I went to Eagle ridge spur by fig tree in Port Elizabeth yesterday and we are regular patrons there i ordered me a lazy age steak like i normally do and it had to be medium rare when i came to the table it looked nice but when i cut my meat it was not even pink inside but had a greenish coloring in side when i called the manager she come and took the plate away but before that i asked her how medium rare looks like and she said pink inside she took the plate away and come back to say there meat is cut fresh and nothing wrong with the meat. i told her that i am in the restaurant trade since 1993 and that is not fresh meat and her response was just "it only has a greenish reflection and can she make me another one my wife was already eating and had to eat alone i didn't even eat they didn't even offer something complementary for the bad food just we will take the meat off the bill, then the kids had a chicken and cheese pizza that tasted as bad as it looked like my kid didn't even want to eat it so i taste it it was horrible had to throw it away i know not to go there again the managers have no people skills and must be trained again
