Ocean Basket
Very Very Poor service

I went to my parents farm for a visit and wanted to take them out for supper. My dad is old school Afrikaans and said as long as he got an Afrikaans waiter. So on the 15th December 2013 I phoned the Ocean Basket and requested a table. First of I was told that no bookings can be made. Hellooo you are a restaurant and I am a paying Customer. I asked that if possible can we have an Afrikaans Waiter. Leon, the manager, I spoke afrikaans and him English, Said that this is the new South- Africa and we will have to take an English waiter.
I said to him that that makes it difficult to support his establishment. He then said that he does have an Afrikaans waiter and that he will ask if he is willing to stay and wait for us.
On arrival we saw the Afrikaans waiter and was refused to get him. An English Waiter was forced upon us. After a lot of fighting and asking for the manager he didnt even do the trouble to see us. We orderd and waited more than 45min for Sushi. When it came there was glass in my Sushi. My sister cut her finger in saying it cant be.

I still have the sushi with the class in it.

I would like the owner of the Franchise to please call me as there is not enough space here.
