I placed an order via telephone for delivery at Scooters Milnerton. I've ordered my regular pizza with cool drink. I spoke to Deon vd Westuizen which I later got a shocking surprise that he's a branch manager, as incompetent as he is. Upon delivery of my order, the driver said he forgot the cool drink & he'll bring it in 20 minutes time. I phoned Scooters Milnerton back to ask why the pizza tasted differently. Mr MANAGER DEON said the menu has changed. I then asked how come has he not informed me when I placed the order & his response was he's too busy to be telling each client that orders that the menu has changed. Is this MANAGER for real? What about my cool drink, can you answer that, I asked him. He got so irritated & told me that I must just phone the customer care if I want to complain, which I did. To my shocking surprise, after I called & informed customer care about my experience they told me they will call the store & then call me back. Did They call back? NO, I had to call them back only to be told they can't do anything if the store cannot help me & she (Joline from customer care) didn't make the mistake, the store did. WHAT? Are these people trained in their positIons?
