Worst service and terrible food

A pure beef patty (apparently) that tastes like pork and off beef. Terrible service and management couldnt care less. Waiting over 30min for a glass of water. As well as having to ask other waiters to call out waiter on every occasion. As we were served by 4 other people never our own waiter.
