Service and Hygiene Concern

The service at Primafila is absolutely ridiculous and this is my second experience. We were made to wait for every simple request and the place was dead quiet so I would understand if it was busy. Something simple like cutlery was handed to us after we received our food and only half the people on my table got cutlery, the rest of us had to wait again until they brough us more. A sauce was ordered and forgotten about, we were to request for it again. Staff were all over the place doing everything but their jobs. The other concern is staff hygiene, this for me is a huge issue. You cannot have someone bring food to your table when he is in desparae need of a shower. This is one restaurant I would never advise anyone to go to.
