So called manager, no name tag, no uniform

1920hrs, I decided to have my beloved meal at Nandos Yeoville @ fortesquare road opposite Yeovelle recreation center, I had to rush to the toilet but had 2 be manhandled to the corner by 2 guys, one whom I had to identify with his name tag starting with the name S, so called restaurant manager with no name tag, nothing to show he works @ Nandos, their eyes were bloodshot smelling of alcohol, the so called manager with a blue striped shirt visible to your cctv cameras if u will rewind them, he could barely stand by the table where one employee had to give him a small key, I bought quarter chicken with cream soda total bill R56, 20 cashier Zakhona time 19h28 chk 2752, iam a regular customer there @ Nandos I always bring my friends there, its a nice venue, I always recommend my friends there, but very poor hostile hospitality I received 2day may someone responsible before this imposter Manager with no bage, uniform, so rude tunish the image of our lovely Nandos, I was even considering visiting your franchisee, to luk @ opportunities I can venture as a share holder or open my Nandos Business as iam a regular @ Yeoville, my waiter that served me was wonderful, intensive staff training is needed
