Doppio Zero
Complaint regarding Doppio Zero, ST Georges Mall

There's a Brenda person working there and she is unashamedly rude to customers. I used to go there for coffee on a daily basis and every time she's there she doesn't smile, and when you're asking her something she gives you attitude, but she's excellent in chatting with her co-workers as long as you don't disturb her. I stopped supporting Doppio Zero months ago and I'm not planning to go back there. Whoever answers the phone is not supposed to be there. So many co-workers of mine have given up supporting Doppio thanks to that person. On many occasions a co-worker would phone to place an order, then the person on Doppio's end would either ask stupid questions, or get the order wrong or they would fight in the background and the person would then 'disappear'. Sometimes while a co-worker is placing an order the person on Doppio's side starts talking in a foreign language to someone else, and then many times a co-worker would just hang up. It's too stressful for us to communicate with people like that. Who in their healthy mind would do something like that and still be working there? Most nights it's entertainment to listen how the other people struggle to place a simple order.
