Watery crusher and no zinger wings

I went to KFC Malboro craving for a crusher, My boyfriend and I bought it and ran into the car as we were in a hurry, as we drove off, we started eating our crushers and to our surprise it tasted watery and had a horrible after taste, it was not creamy and sweet as it is usually, I do not have the slip but I kept the crusher in my freezer as I was unable to eat it and I also will not throw it away as it is a waste of my money... I also wanted to buy some zinger wings but I was told they did not have
