Burned Toasted Chicken Mayo

I bought a Chicken Mayo sandwich this morning at KFC to eat later during the day. Now when I wanted to eat it, I was so shocked because it was black. BURNED completely. I am really disappointed as this was not the first time, but the previous time it was not burned that badly. I took photos of it, but do not know how to attach it to the complaint.
