We ordered ice cream cones with flakes - we were in the drive through. When we received the ice creams it was very smaller as usual (we buy ice cream a lot from that KFC). There was only one twirl of ice cream on the cones. When we asked about the size of the ice cream, the manager yelled from behind that it is according to standard procedure and that we should move out of the drive through because they are busy. When we asked to cancel the order, he simply held out the next customer's orders and yelled at us telling is to get out of the drive through.

I can't believe this attitude from a manager. Is this the quality standards KFC wishes to present to customers?
