Bad treatment at Steers

The two male attendants behind the counter on Wednesday at around 17h30 really has a lot to learn about professional customer treatment. When my daughter and myself approached the counter, we were treated as if we were wasting their precious time.

We were treated dismissively and they were making derogatory comments which I could pick up the gist of. These two gentlemen clearly feel that polite customer treatment are far beneath them. No wonder that this branch of Steers had no other customers at 17h00 in the afternoon if this is the way they treat their clients.
