Bad Service, long wait and non friendliness

Went to buy Steers on Thursday looking for lunch box chicken, Clive just said we dont have go to kfc, no apology or explaination as to why they do not have.

Saturday went again to look for the lunch box chicken meal, Clive was there, no smile when we greeted, he said we have to wait for 15mins which we ended up waiting for more than 30mins without an apology instead he just threw the food and said enjoy with attitude. I love steers but if this is the kind of treatment one gets at Steers then i would rather take my business elsewhere.
