Fahrenheit
Bad service

After 6 years of frequently visiting Fahrenheit, it is sad to see it go like so many other restaurants in this country. I have had numerous people complain about how bad the service is and I normally shrug it off as the food is really great. But the last 3 times I have been there, I am seeing what everyone else is complaining about. The service is appalling. The last occasion I had to ask 3 times for a bill and it took the waiter 20 minutes after I finished my meal to clear the table. When I complained I was told the owner would call me the next day. Two months later nothing. Last night I decided to go back with 7 friends only to find not much had changed. Bad service. Peppermint pudding that was off and had to be sent back. Chocolate mouse that was liquid in form and when I complained, the mouse was simply removed and no mention as to wether a new one was coming or not. Eventually after waiting 15 minutes, I requested the bill which took a further 15 minutes to arrive. Fahrenheit, I know you guys are always busy, but you have just lost 4 more couples that will never eat there again. And by the looks of how empty you were last night, we are not the only ones
