Overpriced and bad service

On Wednesday I made a booking for upstairs or outside for Friday night, and here is just some problems that I had:

o When we got there the waiter took us down stairs (and got a table next to the fire extinguisher, not a pretty sight and very dirty in the corner) I then had to ask our waiter about three times just to go and have a look if there is an table outside and every time he came back and said there is unfortunately no open tables. After waiting about 10 minutes for a waiter to come and take our drink orders I decided to go and see if I can find him, when I got outside and with a big surprise I saw that there were more than 5 open tables, I then went to fetch my girlfriend and we sat outside.

o On Friday night it was chilly outside and saw everyone sitting with nice warm blankets and new customers getting greeted with a blanket. After about 10-15 minutes and asking 5 times again, my girlfriend eventually got a blanket and I still had to wait a few more minutes. We got up and left everyt
