R15 for what?

I have been left with a very bad taste in my mouth after dealing with Mimmos. I called to query an additional charge on my bill for "condiments" to the value of R15 when I had ordered 3 meals for take away from them on Sunday night. This is not a lot of money however I am by law allowed to query any charge on my bill that I don't understand. I was told that if I had sat down to eat in the restaurant, I would not have been subjected to this charge. Quite frankly it makes no sense that one is charged extra for being a take away client as opposed to sitting in the restaurant making full use of their facilities and their condiments. I called Mimmo's Umhlanga (where I purchased the meals) and the woman on the phone thought this was quite amusing and told me that her manager would be in at 2pm and that he would phone me. It is now 5pm and I am still waiting. I also called the Head Office this morning only to be told that that is the way their system works and they could not give me a reasonable explanation for the charge? I feel like I am being penalised for not sitting in their restaurant even though I still supported them anyway. I was not well this weekend hence we did not eat out.
