Food Disgusting

Last night 08 Feb 2013 decided to go to Centre
Court Gateway for my daughter's 33rd Birthday. There was 5 adults 1 child. When we got there it seemed lovely and quiet not busy at all, (Durban Suncoast always busy). We were seated and then went off to the buffet to serve our food. It all looked lovely. Then as we started to eat the roast potatoes were cold the meat only chicken and beef also cold, the gravy cold, we told the waiter after hearing other people complain the food is cold. Then we tried the fish which was cold too. The seafood was mussell shell without mussels, the chicken curry was fat and bones, the puddings well the malva pudding was finished just the empty dish left, so there was a cherry malva pudding which was revolting, the trifle was awfull, the choclate pudding was like raw cake mixture.
What an awfull experience to try and eat and then push your plate away. Then the bill well that was R870.00 which they just included a 10% extra service charge, so we decided no we have to complain now, So the cashier kindly said that the service charge was optional, so why even add it to our bill. Well Centre Court Gateway never again.
All woke up sick and with diahorrea.
