Incompetent and Rude Manage

Fahrenheit Benoni won't see me ever again!!! The cluless, incompetent and extremly rude manger almost single handedly ruined my parents 40th anniversary yesterday! First we confirmed that there is no additional charges on two occasions. He phoned my sister the Saturday night and said we had to pay a additional R250 PER PERSON!!! My brother in law phoned him back asking what the is going on when he just put the phoned down. When my brother in law phone back asking him why he puts the phone down in his ear, he said sorry bad signal but he was talking on a land line. Normally at such functions, there are always a couple of people who cancel at the last minute. My sister, in the goodness of her hart, said they can use the empty chairs and tables for customers because the restaurant was very busy. He was extremly rude to her because of this. Also, he could not give us an answer why we could not split the bill, he just repeatedly said no in a very rude manner. Therefore I have come to the conclusion that this place doesn't care about their customers, they just there to make money! No wonder they gets a score of only 6.4 on Foursquare... My advice: STAY AWAY FROM FAHRENHEIT BENONI!!!
