Scandalous behaviou

Upon my visit to the particular branch stated above (at 21h25 on 16 Dec 2013), my fiance clearly witnessed the kitchen staff talking about us in their own language (Xhosa). They did this not knowing that she understood the language. They made distasteful comments about our marital status as well as implying that I was intoxicated.

This experience leaves much to be desired. We made a complaint to the supervisor and gave us the names of the kitchen staff (NANGAMSO & NOLVUYO). I cannot believe in this day and age employees of such a franchise can act in such a manner. This left my fiance and I completely traumatized as we feel the supervisor is not in a position to take action. She said that Nolvuyo is a shop steward and she cannot reprimand her.

I wish for action to be take against these employees as well as a formal apology. This type of discrimination is totally uncalled for and has no place in the hospitality industry.
