PATHETIC SERVICE-I'VE NEVER BEEN TO MIMMO'S SINCE

What was supposed to be a Mother's Day dinner at Mimmo's Galleria ended up being a very disappointing evening. We experienced terrible service and when we pointed our meal mix up, the manager used profane language to another employee about us. I had my child, husband, parents, granny and sister at the restaurant and it was unacceptable.
I contacted the Mimmo's number on the internet to complain and Vaughn said he was going to refer the matter to the owner of the restaurant to contact me but no one has contacted me since May 2013.
I have never eaten at Mimmo's since!
We spent R670 and received abuse.
I still have the receipt.
