Mimmos Italian Family Restaurant
DISGUSTED!!!

On Christmas eve I sent in a report whilst sitting at the mimmos restaurant in Meyersdal regarding the bad service - that was nothing compared to what happened on leaving the establishment... My 9yr old daughter was rushed to the casualty unit of our local hospital an hour later with... FOOD POISONING!!! because it was so late and my medical aid only allows certain hospitals that at that time were unsafe to go to, I had to pay cash - R1200.00 after paying a huge amount at Mimmos too for their disgusting food and service I now had to pay this cash for my child to be treated due to Mimmos negligence - Early In January I sent an e mail to Prashant at Mimmos Head office telling him of this ordeal, I was sent a mail saying that they would look into this and get back to me as soon as possible - WELL I AM STILL WAITING!!! If this is how head office of Mimmos works, it is clearly no wonder why their franchises are as shocking as what they are - obviously they were never taught to LEAD BY EXAMPLE! Never ever will I put my foot into another Mimmos establishment, anywhere
