No customer service at all

If I go & buy pizza/pasta, Mimmos is the only place I go to, as no other place gets near your food. I love it. So 2 weeks ago Friday, I ordered pizza for dinner. A chicken maestro with xtra pine & sundried tom. I also ordered a focaccia & asked for it to be not to crispy & hard. Also a haloumi salad with xtra avo. Picked up the pizza at Mall@Reds Mimmos. Got home & quickly grabbed a piece of avo & ate it. Just to find out that the avo isnt ripe. So I had a horrible taste in my mouth & had to take off all the avo & through away. And the avo on my salad too. That is NOT the type of food quality I am used to at Mimmos. It was pouring outside so I did not have the courage to go back! Then that Sunday I was craving a focaccia from Mimmos & ordered 1 & as always asked for it not to be to crispy. Well I got home & the thing was as hard as rock. I have always received the yummiest food from Mimmos, but that weekend was horrific. Now I am too scared to go & buy from Mimmos because of the experience I had. I have sent 3 mails to Mimmos in the last 3 weeks with no response. Hopefully someone who gives a about Mimmos will take the time to contact me this time.
