When u opened it was great now u're disapointing

We have supported you since the night you opened @ the Bridge, and what a pleasant surprise it was to find a great place to dine. And we consider ourselves regulars at least once a week visit.

Tonight Monday the 16th December around 6:30pm Just sad and you people should know better, no food on the carvery, we were told to wait a couple of min, only to return to find excuses of meat still half of the dishes empty and then once filled everything ice cold but the roast potatoes and some sought of chicken ala king stew kinda thing.
The rest non existent or ice cold.
And the dirty side plates on the set table.
Then the waitress vanishes had to call the manager for the bill, got the bill and had to actually call another waitress to help me with change, also asked hereto deliver a note i left for management.
Guys you going into season dropping the ball like this...
Don't bother opening more branches in P.e if this is the way things are going to be.
