Late delivery of pizza

I tried calling Jabulani Mall Debonairs from 14:00 with fail due to line being busy and twice with the phone ringing withoit response. I decided to place the order online and at 14:39 I got a sms confirmation to say my order has been placed. And only at 16:39 did I get a call from the store confirming my delivery and address. I am disappointed with how long it has taken for the store to get to me and how long it took for the pizza to get done. My orders from othe debonairs stores has taken less time.
