Poor Service, Cursed by waitress

We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be served never mind the fact that we had to catch our flight. The waitress was all over the place, moody & seemed very absent minded when our order was memorised. I asked for red Tabasco sauce was given green & was told that she will find out if they have red in stock. She returned a good ten minutes later & said there's no red Tabasco sauce but when I looked at the table next to ours I saw there was red Tabasco sauce on that table. When I paid for the bill I was asked why there's no gratuity added to the bill, what a cheek. I still left a small amount in the wallet on the table but not even that was appreciated. I was given a dirty look as I left no thank you after I paid & was called a B... h. I always thought gratuity is a way of saying thank you for good service not a reward for bad service. It's the most ill-mannered service I've ever experienced in any restaurant. The manager I spoke to via telephone seemed rather unsympathetic as well, still waiting to be called back as promised. I will never use this eatery again should I return for a visit to this country.
