I have never seen more confused and incompetent staff than at the Strand KFC. Customers having to confirm and double check their orders delaying the already full store.

Then no proper measures were taken to inform users that there arent' wings = "Limited variants available" does not inform me that its not in stock. We asked to speak to the manager a lame attempt at calling the manager was made with the manager no appearing after 5 minutes.

This is unacceptable service, this branch knows nothing about customer care and will be the first and last time I ever buy anything at this branch!!
