Worst service ever!

It took 94 minutes, 3 calls, a delivery guy who says I should meet him halfway on a dark street because he don't know his delivery area, and a bad, ignorant attitude, to deliver half of my delivery missing and the other half cold. When I pay for service I expect it to be of a high standard.
