I went yesterday to purchase a stove and hop from your Fourways branch. There was no stock so the salesman checked who has stock and then phoned your Cresta branch. He spoke to Masilo Motsoika and he confirmed that he had 2 in stock so I told him I will go there now to collect. When I arrived at Cresta, Masilo than went in the store room to get the stove. He was gone for 30 minutes. I went and asked for the manager to complain. Nteseng Masongie the manager just paged him. Sorry to say but no manager skills what so ever. Eventually he returned and said "Eish" now they gone don't know where they are. After making a noise he then phoned your Clearwater branch and told me they had stock. Now I went to Clearwater and I must tell you they're I did receive the service a customer is looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful and the transaction was done in a couple of minutes.
Needless to say that purchase took me three and half hours and my petrol because of your incompetent staff. I don't think I will ever make a purchase from one of your branches ever again. No wonder South Africa is idling on 25% productivity with staff like this.
