Disgusting service, Deceitfulness &

We went to Scooters Rock Cottage Friday Night, made an order for Delivery. Our Order was completed at 20:07. I called the store 2 times after my order failed to arrive within the 39 minutes promotional time. Our pizza was delivered at 21:04.

I called the store, spoke to the manager who told me the following excuses for my pizza being late and not free:
1. We don't offer free delivery for orders less than R75.
2. The T&Cs you see on the leaflet do not apply to all franchisees, it's up to the owners discretion.
3. Head office made the changes to the free delivery amount from R75 to R45, I wasn't aware.
4. The store did not charge you delivery for your pizza even though it was R55, we did you a favor. No free pizza

I drove to the store and returned the pizza and demanded my money back.
The Manager then discussed us with the customers as we left. Furthermore he instructed the staff at the counter to remove my details from the database and he further alluded I should never buy there ever again.!!! Manager is the owner, Mr Pillay. The Manager further uttered words when we left that we are from Zimbabwe. That's insulting and derogatory!!! I am proudly South African.
