Spoiling the brand Name

On a few occasions i have been to the mc donalds in voortrekker road goodwood and not once was the service good, iv previously complained about this store but there service will never change. i have tried to avoid that branch for a while but it was just convenient for me to go there today. when i got my change i never received a till slip and when i got to the collection window it took them a while then asked what my order was, when i asked for a till slip they ran around like headless chickens not knowing what to do
