Bad Customer Service

Hi,

i went to Macdonals to grab something to eat Sunday afternnon 24/03/2013. The branch was only operating on one till, i had to wait a while before submitting my order. Order was created by teboho (Cashier) successfully or so i thought. The Cashier gave back short change when i asked him how come, Teboho responds and says he doesn't have change in his till, still i demanded my 50cent change. secondly i ordered my drink without ice and it was handed to me with ice, 3rd my macflurry oreo ice-cream was runny as gravy. i asked if their machine had a problem, the reply was a cold No! The atmosphere in this branch is not at all professional, i mean one cashier was sharing her sexual experience so loudly while packing customer orders. This was so and still is disappointing.
