Never in my life have i received such bad service

The 4 times that we visited the new Mc Donalds in Voortrekker street, Goodwood we have not once received our full order that we paid for and the food was horrible. Last night was the final straw when we ordered 2 large meals and we did not receive the coldrinks that is ment to be included, our chips was burnt to the extent that you could not eat it. The staff is also very rude if you complain and they refused to correct it every time.
