Ordering Something and Not Fullfilling

Hi I made a quick pop in at Mcdonalds Tokai this morning just before 7am to order something quick before running to work to finish urgent stuff I ordered 2 small chips and a cheese burger something to pop in my mouth quick before attending a meeting and discovered they only put the chips and not the burger and I felt this is not right as I have paid for it and could not get the time to go back and fetch it but then how could I prove myself also. I think they should check the stuff before giving it to the customer next time, imagine I had to pay over hundreds of rands for something and they forget to give what you had paid for. I would like a response or something from Mc donalds and this is not the first time.
