My family and I visit the restaurant, after clear instructions to the waitress when we will order our food, it was served without us ordering food the food was tasteless, raw and cold. Nobody asked if we needed anything else. I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed she was busy, 45min later after I refused to settle my bill she came out, did not introduce herself, no appology was given, she removed the service fee from my bill, she was not prepared to listen to my complaint, I settled my bill whereafter she became arrogant and threatened to have me thrown out, I became defendant for myself, her chef then threatened me with a tazer and acccused me as a drunkerd and a trouble maker. The owner called the security as I refused to leave untill she adressed my complaint, she even threatened to call the police. Her attitude and the way she handled me as a paying customer is unacceptable. I spend almost R1400 that evening and the way she treated us stinks to say the least
