Service with a smile

After a horrible experience at a KFC drivethrough, i found myself at mcdonals and wanting a quick meal and to get home. When i got reached the drive through, i was greeted by a beautiful smile and a friendly attitude, it made me forget my bad mood and terrible service i experience a few minutes prior to arriving at Mcdonalds. She is everything that represents what great service means. I also realised that i should have gone to mcdonals in the first place. Dora re-inforced why mcdonalds is the best place to eat at. What was so amazing is that even after 21h00 she still smiles and made my evening that much better. Thank you Dora.
