Bought 2X 1/4 chicken with rice & salad meals at Cesco. I waited for about 15-20mins for the supposed to be freshly prepared food. On opening the meal container a bad stench of stale sticky rice struck me & my colleague whom I had iintroduced for the 1st time to the restaurant. Immediately, she also complained about a visibly grey/ navish piece of meat that she had as well as the bad stench, she was turned off & threw away her food. I called the restaurant at exactly 14:17 & the manager said he will send his driver & I must meet him @ our reception. I waited for another 15 min before the driver arrived from a restaurant that is less than 500m from our office. The guy then promised to bring me back proper lunch. At 15:16, I had still not received my food & called Cesco to be told by the manager with a different voice the 2nd time around that there was nothing wrong with that food & they he has kept it for me. I told them about the stale, bad smelling rice & he insisted that there's absolutely nothing with the rice, I then told him that I will not eat that rice, he said to me then there's nothing they can do. I then told him that I want my money back
