Testing flavour with finger up the dispense

While waiting to dispense my yoghurt the customer and her children put their finger up the dispenser licked their finger and repeated the process again. The manager standing their did not observe this until it was brought to his attention by myself and turned to the offender and said the other customers are complaining. Unacceptable wAy to handle it and how disgusting for us to eat with her unwashed hands and spit
