Poor service

My car was bronken into and the two Constables arrivedd and said I must wait and not touch my car for the people who are doing finger prints. I called the Police several times telling them that I need to put that broken window and install alarms, anti-Highjack and so on bt I was left hanging for the whole day how long was I going to wait cos I waited almost the whole day for these people. I never got a right answer after many calls the constables came back after 6-7 hours after the accident saying they can't find the finger print people I better go and fix my car... If I knew earlier I could have fix my car and went back to work bt instead I was taken from pillar to post and wasted time I should have done a lot of things and if I did not call them sitting on their neck I would still be waiting for finger prints people until now... your service is poor poor poor. I had to call a Captain in Evaton Police station for him to help me cos Vanderbijlpark Police station was not helping. I lost my faith in the Police and I dnt understand where were the people of finger prints for the whole day because maybe those finger prints could have helped somehow some way.
