Finger licking jam take aways

I had lunch at the Mugg and Bean in the Festival Mall, and what a disgrace, the waiter had such a bad attitude but i could live with that. After my meal i wanted to take a scone for a take away. As i paid i stood up and waited at the counter where they were packing my take away. To my disgrace i see the lady using her fingers to dispense jam into a little take away bowl.

I immediately shouted ''i hope THAT is not for me" and she replied, oh is it for you, sorry. She took the big bowl of jam and used a teaspoon.
What poor disgusting management!!
