During their entertainment dance. The volume was too loud. The manager refused to adjust the volume telling us that its part of the tradition. Imagine you are sitting next to a speaker and music is playing so loud you cannot even speak to the person next to you. The manager instead of hearing what we saying he just laughed at us and went back to his dancing. That was very rude
