Music so loud I couldn't hear my sister

It was very unpleasant shopping in the Cresta shop today due to the extremely loud music! We asked it to be turned down, which it was... then it stopped altogether... and when it was put back on I thought I was in church listening to a sermon with the volume turned right up. The staff may get bored and enjoy having the music loud, but it's the customers that they should be worrying about. Sure, play it loud when the shop is empty, but turn it down when a customer walks in! You guys lost a sale today because of this.
