Manager with bad attitude!!!

To whom it may concern

7th December 2013 at about 9pm, I purchased 5meals & the order was incorrect and when we tried telling the manager about it, the manager herself had an attitude that stunk up the entire shop... And would like to know why the machine is always faulty or broken whenever I want to order ice cream or milkshake? Why advertise it if you can't deliver?
