WORST PARTY PLANNERS EVER

I had planned my sons birthday which was on Saturday 02.11.2013 at Mitchell Park about a month ago and called in the week before the party to ensure all that I hired was booked. I spoke to a girl named Sasha who confirmed the booking and said to me that Shirlee will call me in the week to confirm. The week past and I did not receive a call. I called on Friday and Shirlee was busy with another function and said that I should send a text message and she will reply back to me which she never did. I called back to confirm my booking. Arrangements was made for the decor and clown to be there at 11.30 to set up. When I got to the park there was only one lady setting up which was so ridiculous for a function for 20 kids. We had to help her find a good spot and move all the stuff she was working with. When my guests arrived the d? cor was not even completed. Then I asked where is the clown she said the clown is busy at another function and if she does not arrive in time she will be the clown. So she dressed up and started the function about 20minutes into the function the other clown just pitches and starts repeating the same jokes. The party became such a joke. Worst service ever!!!
