Rude, Wrong and not worth it

This time is the final straw. I was speaking to Michael when he asked me to hold so he may pick up another phone ringing. He came back on the line and mid-sentence, he asked me to hold again. Once again he came back on the line & immediately asked if that's all I wanted. He hadn't actually heard my order. As usual I ordered Beef salad, on brown French toasted x 2 and a creme soda. Once I repeated the order to him and asked if I could pay by card in which the response was "Ag really? Fine give me your card number..." (Really?). When the order came, low and behold it was wrong. Beef salad, on WHITE SESAME French toasted. I was too busy to deal with that right then so when I did eventually get to the sandwich it was not only wrong but burnt, my colleague was also not happy with his. So I phoned & Michael said to me that I was talking a load of bull because he took the order himself and it was what I asked for. I refuse to be spoken to like that especially when all I'm trying to do is order an innocent sandwich. So for two measly sandwich's I get verbal abuse and not even what I want or paid for. Definitely not worth it.
