My Husband ordered two French sandwiches for us from Sandwich Baron Alberton nice and early so that time being just before 8AM. Our order was suppose to be delivered to our private home. Our total amount for our order was R90.00 I know it might not have been a very big order and came to a lot of money like a company would order but I am really angry because after waiting patiently for 30 minutes after order my husband phone them just to find out if our order had left. The person who answered said yes sir the drivers are just arriving and your order wont be much longer. 60 Minutes later I phone to speak to manager. Manger informs me that our order was still there and had not left yet. I wanted to cancel the order and her explanation was I am sorry about that there is building going on and the drivers have to pick there bikes up around the back. I told her I do not appreciate being to either she did not have anything to say to that. After that my husband phoned and said to just cancel the order they then came back and phoned us and said they could not deliver our order due to there being no drivers as they were all out on delivery. I HAVE NOW ORDERED FROM MYERSDAL!!!
