Snail Orde

We ordered snails for a starter. When we received the order something terrible went wrong. Those snails started to pop like popcorn out of the snail plate. One in my son's face on his eye which burnt him and the other all over the table, bur one jumped right over my husbands head burst one balloon and fell into the guy right behind us plat of food the moment he was cutting his steak. I looked up right into his eyes and he could not understand what the is this and how did it got into his plate. I could not stop laughing cause it was very very funny but it was like seconds the waiter took all the the snails that was left back to the kitchen. Cleaned the table and attended to my son's eye and gave him a new balloon and ice cream. He brought us a new order and the main course and drinks and gave us a voucher for dry cleaning our clothes and extra vouchers to come back for for a great Sunday treat at Spur for the whole day for the whole family. That was GREAT. He went that extra mile to make us feel comfortable and made sure that Spur's name will always stand out between all the other restaurants. Thanks to him we are still eating at Spur. This happened a few years back.
