Bad service at Geronimo Spu

On the 22 of December we went to Geronimo Spur, they weren't to busy at the time. After waiting about 15 mins for a waiter to take our drink order and another 10 mins for it to arrive we took a chance and order some starters (Crumbed Mushrooms, Nachos and cheesy garlic snails) the crumbed mushrooms were DRY and almost burned and the snails was WAY over cooked which made it taste like rubber. :/ we then ordered our mains (2 X 600G ribs A med-rare t-bone also a 400G Ribs take-away) the steak was WELL WELL WELL done something i wouldn't even feed to a pet. the 2 600G ribs were burnt to the bone and even the sizes were different the one was smaller that the 400G. through out our meal and drinks the Waiter was only around when delivering food or picking up drinks, not once to ask how the food was and the manager was there just before we left and was barely interested in talking to us. i worked at Spur in Mosselbay and needless to say wont ever be eating at Geronimo Spur. also now when friends or family ask i will be referring them away from Spur. the staff on this day was not properly trained and your clients deserve better.
