Last month we had ordered through the KFC call centre. Food was 2.5 hrs late, we made a few repeat calls to the call centre and the store. We were told they had dropped the order slip. We were compensated by an apology from the manager & 5 free key rings. On tues 03/12 we placed an order again with the call centre. after an hour we called back cos we hadnt received our food. Agent at call centre was nonchalant and wanted to put us thru to the store. we spoke to the store and asked what time our order would arrive. We also asked for the meal to be free as it was the second time this had happened. i am currently 8 months pregnant and was not well enough to cook so we decided to order in. we called back and spoke to the call centre manager who was rude and pretended he couldnt hear me over the phone and the call was then cut. the driver eventually got there 2 hours after the order was placed and we sent him back to the store with the food. he insisted that we pay for it which we did not and he left. No apology was extended from the manager to date.
